Badham Nune - Eddhu Ganuga Nune | Bull Churned Cold Pressed Almond Oil
✨ Badham Nune — The Rarest Oil We Make
Of all the oils we press on our Eddhu Ganuga, Badham Nune is the most precious. Almonds are dense, hard, and yield far less oil per kilo than any other seed we press which is why this oil is rare, small batch, and unlike anything you will find on a regular store shelf. Each 100ml bottle represents hours of slow bull-churned pressing and a significant quantity of carefully sourced almonds. This is not an everyday oil. It is a luxury in its truest, most natural form.
🌰 WHAT MAKES ALMOND OIL SPECIAL
Almonds are naturally rich, buttery, and full of oil. When cold pressed without heat or chemicals, the oil that flows out carries a delicate, barely there nutty aroma and a light golden colour that is completely natural no bleaching, no deodorising, nothing altered.
Most almond oils in the market are either solvent extracted from almond meal a byproduct of almond processing or steam refined to remove colour and smell. Ours starts with whole almonds and ends with pure oil. Nothing in between.
🔄 HOW WE EXTRACT OUR OIL
Whole almonds are loaded into our traditional wooden ganuga. A bull walks in slow, steady circles, turning the wooden pestle that gently crushes the almonds at room temperature. Because almonds are dense and oil rich, the pressing is slow and patient. The pale golden oil that flows out is filtered and bottled immediately nothing added, nothing removed.
✨ USES
Badham Nune is as versatile as it is rare. In the kitchen, a few drops over salads, warm dishes, or halwas adds a delicate nutty depth. it is the traditional finishing oil in badam halwa for good reason. As a daily oil, it is light enough to absorb quickly without feeling greasy, making it ideal for face, body, and hair. Telugu households have used it for generations as the first oil applied to newborns gentle, pure, and deeply nourishing.
It works equally well as an under eye treatment applied nightly, a nail and cuticle softener, a light scalp oil, and a natural lip balm. One bottle. Countless uses.
