Shipping policy
At Sravana Vedham, every product is cold-pressed fresh after you place your order. Please read this policy carefully so you know exactly what to expect from the moment you order to the moment it arrives at your door.
PROCESSING & DISPATCH TIME
All our oils are pressed fresh using our traditional Eddu Ganuga a bullock powered wooden press after your order is placed. We do not maintain ready stock. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks from your order date for processing and dispatch. This time includes pressing, bottling and quality checking. You will receive a WhatsApp message with your tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched. Why does it take 2 to 3 weeks? Unlike factory oils that sit in warehouses for months, your oil is pressed specifically for your order. The wait means what you receive is genuinely fresh not old stock.
SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping charges are calculated based on the total weight and quantity of your order and will be displayed at checkout before payment. We ship through multiple trusted courier partners including Delhivery, Amazon Shipping, XpressBees, APSRTC Cargo and India Post ensuring reliable delivery across India and internationally. The courier partner assigned to your order depends on your delivery location and is selected to ensure the fastest and safest delivery.
SHIPPING WITHIN INDIA
We ship to all states and union territories across India including remote areas, Jammu & Kashmir and the Northeast. Estimated delivery after dispatch: Metro cities 2 to 3 business days, Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities — 3 to 5 business days Remote and rural areas — 5 to 7 business days Total expected time from order to delivery: 3 to 4 weeks
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship internationally to selected countries. International shipping charges and delivery timelines will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address. Estimated international delivery after dispatch: 7 to 21 business days depending on destination. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes and other charges levied by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping charges. Sravana Vedham is not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance processes.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order is dispatched you will receive a WhatsApp message with your tracking number and a tracking link to monitor your shipment in real time. You can use the tracking link to check your delivery status at any time. If you have not received your tracking details within 3 weeks of placing your order please WhatsApp us immediately.
PAYMENT
We currently accept prepaid orders only through all major payment methods including UPI, credit cards, debit cards and net banking. We do not offer Cash on Delivery at this time.
FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPTS
Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times at your address. If all 3 delivery attempts are unsuccessful the package will be returned to our farm. We will contact you on WhatsApp to arrange re-delivery. Re-delivery shipping charges will apply. To avoid failed deliveries please ensure your delivery address is complete and correct, your phone number is active and reachable, and someone is available to receive the package.
DAMAGED OR LOST SHIPMENTS
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit please WhatsApp us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date with your order number, a photo or video of the damaged package and a brief description of the issue. We will investigate with the courier partner and offer either a replacement or a full refund at our discretion. Please refer to our Returns & Refund Policy for full details.
IMPORTANT NOTES
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners once the order is dispatched from our farm. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary during peak seasons, festivals or due to circumstances beyond our control. Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are correct at the time of placing your order. We cannot change the delivery address once the order is dispatched. For bulk orders above 20 litres please WhatsApp us before placing your order so we can confirm availability and arrange appropriate packaging.
