Returns & Refund Policy

At Sravana Vedham, every product is made fresh  by hand on our farm dispatched 
directly to you. Because we deal in fresh, perishable food products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has been dispatched.

We request you to please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

No Returns

We Do Not Accept Returns

As all our products  cold pressed oils, spice powders, traditional sweets, health flours and honey are food items, we cannot accept returns for hygiene and safety reasons. This applies to all orders once dispatched from our farm.

No Exchanges

No Exchanges

We do not offer product exchanges. Please ensure you select the correct product and quantity before placing your order. If you have any doubts about which product to choose, please WhatsApp us before ordering and we will be happy to guide you.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

When we will help

When We Will Make It Right While we do not offer returns or exchanges, we will always take responsibility if:

• You received a damaged or leaking bottle ·
• You received the wrong product ·
• Your order was lost in transit 
• The product quality was genuinely compromised 

In any of the above cases, please WhatsApp us within 48 hours of receiving your order with: 1. Your order number 2. A photo or video of the issue 3. A brief description of the problem We will review your concern and resolve it with either a replacement or a full refund at our discretion.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Cancellations

Since our products are pressed fresh after your order is placed, cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of placing the order. After 24 hours the pressing process begins and cancellations cannot be accepted. To cancel an order, WhatsApp us immediately with your order number.

Refunds 

Approved refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method. We do not offer cash refunds. All refunds are processed digitally to the original payment source only.
