These are not ordinary flours. Each grain in this collection  ragi, wheat, jonna, sajja is first sprouted, then carefully dried, and only then ground into flour. Sprouting is an ancient process that transforms the grain before it ever reaches the mill, breaking down compounds that make nutrients harder to absorb and developing a naturally sweeter, more complex flavour. No additives, no preservatives, nothing artificial just whole sprouted grains, ground fresh.
